Jason's Din
It is said throughout the camp,
When the weather's soggy damp,
That tempers are on edge
And set to roar.
But nothing sets the fashion
For rage and ire and passion
As when Jason goes to sleep
And starts to snore.
Hear the rumblings from within him,
How it lacks all sense of rhythm,
Like a chainsaw with a headcold
It is plain.
Hear him snort and roart and bellow
Till each cabin mate and fellow
Has nothing less than murder
On the brain..
Then it's Snore! Snore! Snore!
Like a Harley run full bore!
Till the rafters shake and shingles
Are shook loose.
And he sleeps on there oblivious,
Unaware he sounds so hideous,
Till he wakes to find his friends
Have rigged a noose.
Well, friendship will win out.
He'll escape without a clout,
And our company will sleep
Till rising sun.
We'll forgive you for your sin,
And your sleep-preventing din
If Jason, you spring for the earplugs
From now on.
