Location: Shire of Trisel, Trimaris

I am in my late forties, a proud husband, father, and a bard. I am a book pedlar by trade and a bookman by vocation. I am a romantic, a realist, and a Believer. I like a good joke, and a bad one even better. I admire all ladies for the innate beauty that is in each one, but my heart is sworn to the fair and gentle Lady Lorelei, who has consented to share my life and my name.

To Those that I Have Known and Loved

I am at home where ever I may be;
On mountain, hillside, or beside the sea.
I have been gifted with a yearn to roam,
And where I hang my hat I make my home.

When I look back, remembering each place
Where I have been, instead I see each face
Of every person I have called friend;
Which makes me lonesome for each place I've been.

I look ahead desiring to see more
Of all the treasures this world has in store,
Regretting only those I've left behind;
Those whom I've loved, those who to me were kind.

The river of my life must ever flow.
And where the waters lead there must I go.
Yet fondly I look back upon each friend,
And dream of someday seeing them again.

Each passing moment is a precious jewel.
to think them lost or wasted is most cruel.
They should be savored in good company,
That they might shine in glorious memory.
